Your order will ship within 5-7 business days after placing the order. All our mattresses except the Dormitory line will ship to you vacuum sealed and rolled up. This packaging process allows you to save up to 71% on the cost to ship your mattress.
We ship all items via FedEx provided that the product meets the size and weight guidelines of FedEx. If the product cannot ship via FedEx you will be quoted a freight charge prior to being invoiced. The shipping costs are calculated by FedEx and are based on their criteria of final destination (zip code) and total weight of the order. All rates reflect standard Ground charges and fees.
Shipping typically is between 2-5 business days depending on the destination.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
The customer may return within thirty days of receipt at their expense, any product with a return merchandise authorization provided by Estee Bedding customer service. Return merchandise authorization will only be given to those products that are not damaged and are in salable condition.
We will only accept return of mattresses unopened in the original shipping container. Mattresses shipped from Estee Bedding are vacuumed sealed and rolled for packing in a roll pack machine. This allows us to ship your mattress via FedEx at a substantial savings in shipping costs. Please note if your are given authorization to return a product and the product has been removed from its original packaging it cannot be repackaged in the original carton for FedEx shipping.
Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied for the return of any clean, unused mattress. The customer will incur any return shipment charges.
